Terms of Service

1. Description of Services

Miningful provides an AI-powered link-in-bio and landing page builder that allows creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses to generate pages using artificial intelligence and custom styling models, edit and customize pages, add integrations and social links, use custom domains, and track page views and click engagement.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in order to create an account, purchase a subscription, or use paid features of the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, promptly notify us of any security breach, and accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

We offer a Free plan with hosted publishing on a Miningful subdomain and paid subscription tiers. Current pricing, credit allotments, storage limits, and feature sets are shown on our pricing page and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may modify subscription fees and pricing models, and pricing changes will be communicated in advance.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Because Miningful immediately provisions recurring AI credits, paid model access, increased storage, and other paid capabilities, all fees are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals, and the subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

For users located in the EU/EEA, by purchasing a digital subscription you expressly request and consent to immediate performance of the paid Services and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

4. AI Credits and Content Generation

The Free plan includes a one-time lifetime AI-credit allocation that does not renew. Paid plans include monthly AI-credit allocations, including when billed annually. Credits are consumed by AI generation, prompt enhancement, wizard assistance, and styling. Legacy, promotional, bonus, or purchased grants may differ and are shown in the billing screen.

The Free allocation remains until used. Paid monthly plan allotments do not roll over; bonus and purchased credits follow the separate expiration terms shown at grant or purchase.

AI-generated content, layouts, text, styles, and suggestions are provided as-is and as-available. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving AI output before publishing or using it, and for ensuring that your published materials comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Miningful and its original content, features, source code, logos, and functionality are the exclusive property of the Platform and its licensors.

You retain ownership rights in the text, images, links, and other materials you upload or input to the Services. By posting, generating, or publishing User Content through the Services, you grant Miningful a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for operating, improving, promoting, and protecting the Services.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Services to create, host, publish, promote, link to, or facilitate content, activity, products, services, or destinations involving phishing, fraud, malware, scams, illegal or regulated goods, hate, harassment, sexual exploitation, terrorism, self-harm, doxxing, intellectual property infringement, spam, platform manipulation, AI system abuse, or misleading regulated claims.

We reserve the right to remove, restrict, disable, or block access to any page, content, link, custom domain, or account that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or the safety and integrity of the Services.

Reports of illegal, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content may be sent to support@miningful.bio. If we moderate content or accounts, affected users may contact us to request review unless doing so would create legal, security, fraud-prevention, or safety risks.

7. Custom Domains

If your plan includes custom domains, you are responsible for purchase, registration, and DNS configuration. Miningful is not responsible for downtime, SSL certificate issues, or loss of traffic caused by DNS misconfiguration or domain expiration. We may detach, disable, restrict, or suspend a custom domain where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Third-Party Integrations and Services

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. Your interactions with them are governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miningful disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miningful, its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or goodwill arising from your access to or use of the Services. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of one hundred euros or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Miningful and its affiliates from claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or User Content that causes damage or infringes third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your pages and User Content from our servers.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Thessaloniki, Greece.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by placing a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.

15. Mandatory Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any rights, remedies, warranties, liabilities, or protections that cannot be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection and data protection rights.
